How it Works:
1. Take pictures of your teeth (see images below).
2. Submit your pictures and the form below.
3. Dr. Theroux and/or Dr. Barefoot will review your photos and concerns, create a custom treatment plan, and the office will reach out to you within 72 hours to schedule your virtual consult.
How to Photograph Your Smile
Photos should be taken in a seated position and in a room with good lighting. For best results, have someone else take the photos as they can be difficult to take on your own. You can submit them via computer or by phone.
