Updating because DR Barefoot contacted me to apologize and I really appreciate my concern being addressed. Everyone falls on hard times it’s not his fault his staff chose to use shout my past due status. It’s just an opportunity for feedback and I can understand that. I do not want to impact his business rating because that would be unfair when he himself has always been kind and understanding of my need to make arrangements the last few months. Although I didn’t get to speak to you directly today I appreciate you reaching out and letting me know that the feedback was taken seriously. Thank you.

thought a lot about this before posting here. First I would like to say the doctors are amazing. I was there today for an appointment after my appointment I met with the woman upfront who not only called me by the wrong name no big deal but yelled out in front of other patients “Carla looks like you’re in collections”. I asked her if she was speaking to me and she said yes. I then told her my name is Karen. I offered to make a payment and explain my current situation. I will say This was one of the most humiliating experiences I’ve ever had. she has no idea what situations people are going through. My financial situation was different when I first started coming here but life happens. To be called out like that in front of other patients was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Thank you for making me feel so small.

Friendly and knowledgeable. We consulted with a few places and liked the more conservative approach that TO has, especially since we were starting orthodontics with our 9 year old. Phase 1 complete, and we have been happy with the experience!
